Mi esposo y yo disfrutamos de un fin de semana maravilloso y sin estrés celebrando nuestro aniversario de bodas. La Sra. Nina se esmeró al máximo, añadiendo un toque personal muy considerado que reflejaba la cálida hospitalidad de Amari. También nos encantó ver el partido de Noruega contra Inglaterra en el bar del hotel, convenientemente ubicado junto al lugar donde se sirve el desayuno. Fue la manera perfecta de empezar el día, seguido de un desayuno exquisito. El desayuno era abundante, con una impresionante variedad de opciones, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera realmente placentera. En resumen, fue una estancia memorable y esperamos volver.

Reservé una estancia de 4 días y 3 noches en Amari. Llegué al hotel temprano por la mañana, alrededor de las 9:30 (la hora de entrada es a las 15:00), pero tuve la suerte de que la habitación estuviera lista a las 9:30. Entré en la habitación y quise pedir servicio de habitaciones (cena) a las 10:00. Inicialmente pedí un roti canai, pero 10 minutos después me dijeron que no lo tenían porque el desayuno había terminado. Así que cambié a una hamburguesa. Diez minutos después me dijeron que no estaba lista y que tenía que esperar hasta las 11:00. Me sentí decepcionado y molesto porque si la cocina no estaba lista, no podían aceptar ningún pedido, así que les dije al servicio de habitaciones que no. Finalmente, me trajeron el roti canai que había pedido inicialmente, pero la comida estaba fría. Bajé al vestíbulo alrededor de las 11:30 y les informé al personal sobre lo sucedido, solicitando que retiraran mi bandeja de la habitación. En general, el desayuno sigue siendo bueno y la habitación es espaciosa, con una buena piscina y acceso a pie al valle central a través de un puente peatonal. Un detalle inesperado que me encantó fue el Nyonya Laksa del servicio de habitaciones: ¡delicioso y con una ración muy generosa! También agradezco mucho su excelente servicio al cliente. Olvidé solicitar mi factura durante mi estancia, y aunque ya había pasado un mes, su equipo respondió a mi correo electrónico con mucha rapidez y me ayudó enseguida. Hola, soy Ayaka y mi amiga. Nos registramos en el Hotel Amari, habitación 1010. No pude evitar elogiar a uno de los empleados, Akram. Es un excelente camarero de habitaciones. Atendió rápidamente todas nuestras peticiones y mantuvo nuestra habitación impecable. Además, fue muy amable y siempre nos trató con cortesía y respeto. Se preocupa de verdad por sus huéspedes y se comunica de forma muy amable y profesional. Sin duda lo recomiendo como un camarero de habitaciones excepcional. El personal de recepción también fue maravilloso y nos brindó un servicio excelente. Si vuelvo a Malasia en el futuro, sin duda me alojaré de nuevo en el Amari. Gracias al equipo del Amari, y un agradecimiento especial a Akram por su atención y excelente servicio.
